Yes. Recurring student subscriptions and institute plans both use Razorpay Subscriptions, which is the official UPI Autopay flow. Mandate creation happens once at signup; debits run automatically each cycle.
Not for recurring fees — UPI Autopay needs Razorpay's mandate flow. For one-time payments, you can technically share a UPI ID, but you lose automatic verification, GST invoicing, and dashboard reconciliation. We recommend Razorpay for everything.
Yes. Every successful payment auto-generates a GST invoice with your GSTIN, the correct CGST/SGST/IGST split based on student state, and a PDF download.
On Pro+ plans we enable Stripe alongside Razorpay so you can accept USD/EUR/GBP from international students. Geo-pricing lets you set different prices per country.
