These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Amoozora, a learning management platform operated by Glyphora(“Amoozora”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Minors require a parent or guardian’s consent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Our Service

Amoozora provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for coaching centres, institutes, and individual educators to deliver online lessons, quizzes, live classes, and related academic services. Subscription tiers, limits, and available features are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

• Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST).
• Payments are processed by our partners Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). By paying, you authorise the relevant partner to charge your selected payment method.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
• We may change fees with at least 15 days’ prior notice. Continued use after the new fee takes effect constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Record, download, or redistribute copyrighted study material except where explicitly permitted.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may remove offending content at our discretion.

5. Content Ownership & Licence

• Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. your name, photo, submitted work). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and transmit such content solely for operating the Service.
• Our content: Amoozora, the Glyphora branding, and the platform software are owned by Glyphora and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property right to you.
• Third-party content: Course material provided by your institute belongs to that institute; access is governed by the institute’s own licensing and subscription terms.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. By using the Service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of academic results, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyphora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glyphora, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (payments, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Kochi, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
