Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the circumstances under which Amoozora, a product of Glyphora, issues refunds for paid subscriptions, one-time course purchases, and installment plans. By making a payment on Amoozora you accept this Policy.

1. Free Trial

Every new institute on Amoozora gets a 14-day full-access trial of the Starter plan, with no credit card required. Nothing is charged during or at the end of the trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account simply drops to the permanent Free plan and the Starter features are paused until you upgrade.

2. Subscription Plans (Auto-renewing)

  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • You can cancel future renewals anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
  • Pro-rata refunds are not provided for partial months/years of a subscription, except where required by applicable law or where we materially failed to deliver the Service for reasons solely within our control.

3. One-Time Course Purchases

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have consumed no more than 20% of the course content (measured by lesson-completion percentage).
  • Beyond that threshold, refunds are issued only if we are unable to deliver the advertised content, or where required by applicable law.
  • Downloadable study material (PDFs, worksheets) is non-refundable once downloaded.

4. Installment (EMI) Plans

  • Installment plans create a commitment for the full course fee. Individual installments are non-refundable once the corresponding billing cycle begins.
  • Cancellation stops further installments; already-paid installments remain non-refundable except where Clause 7 applies.

5. Coupons, Discounts, and Referral Credits

  • Discounted amounts from coupons, promotions, or referral credits are not refundable in cash.
  • If an order using a coupon is refunded, the coupon may be re-issued at our discretion and subject to its original expiry.

6. Certificate Fees

Certificate-issuance or verification fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been generated or dispatched, whether digitally or physically.

7. Service Failure or Billing Error

If we materially fail to deliver the Service for reasons solely within our control, or if you were charged incorrectly, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected charge. Notify us within 30 days of the disputed charge with details.

8. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@amoozora.com from your registered email, including:

  • Your name, registered phone or email
  • Order / payment reference ID (visible in your dashboard or Razorpay receipt)
  • Reason for the refund

9. Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • The refund is returned to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe; credit back to your card/bank typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your issuer.
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g. closed card), we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a bank or card-network chargeback. We will always attempt a fair resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Refund requests are evaluated against the Policy in force at the time of the original purchase.
